The Puregen Group announces that the company called "Puregen (China) Company " is not a part of the Puregen Group. There has been confusion regarding the relationship between the Puregen Group and Puregen (China) Company.  

Puregen (China) Company was never registered under Chinese government law and thus does not legally exist.  The original company was started by it's original owner, Mr. Steve Chuang.  Mr. Chuang is the owner of the Puregen Group.  The original company that started in China in 1998 was called Pujing (Shanghai).  This company was sold to Mr. Albert Sone in 2007.  Mr. Sone chooses to operate this company under the name, Puregen (China) Company.  Mr. Sone also owns EWP (China).  There is no association with Mr. Sone, EWP (China) or Puregen (China) Company with the Puregen Group.  On Mr. Sone's website, www.puregen.com.cn  he uses the Puregen name and pictures of the Puregen Company USA headquarters.  This only adds to the confusion and the Puregen Group has not authorized Mr. Sone to do this.

The Puregen Group now consists of Puregen Technology in USA, AquaSys Technologies in Taiwan and Aquasys ( HK) in China.  These three companies are all officially registered under their local government law. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this
